This web site is under the umbrella of Chapters 1, 58 and E Clampus Vitus.  It's intention is to honor the name of Ephraim Bee, the kind folks of Doddridge County WV, members of the West Virginia Vipers and all legitimate chapters and outposts of ECV and Grand Council!  Any other site or group under this honorable name, only has the intention of dishonoring our Founder and his Order!
